Papa Tells Chita a Story
In our story this week Chita asks her Papa to tell her a story. But this story is really more of a "tall tale." This means that parts of the story are exagerated. For example, Papa swims with a giant alligator and he makes it through safely!? Wow- that is definitely exagerated.

I told a tall tale to my friend Dariauna.But she knew it was a tall tale.So I told her a story about my 3rd birthday.One of my fake ones were I fell and hit one of my other friends.Kristian

I have told a lot of tall tales to my mom!!!Likke when i was in 2 grade I told her that I got A new best freind buut I didn't.When she found out I din't that it was just a imaganary freind she got so mad at me.She made me clean the whole house and I didn't get to have dinner!julia
