He is an american hero because he he is a leader, selfless, and diligent. He is a leader because he was leading Mexican American farm workers to be treated fairly.He was also selfless because he had to give up school for working and he was diligent because he worked hard in farming and worked hard for what was right.
HE IS COURAGUS AND DILLIGENT BECAUSE HE FOUGHT FOR FARMERS RIGHTS ALSO HE WAS HONEST BECAUSE HE TOLD THE TRUTH FOR THE RIGHT PAYMENT FOR FARMERS HE ALSO HE WAS A LEADER BECAUSE HE LEAD THE FARMERS FOR THE RIGHTS FOR GRAPES
WELL HE IS NICE RESPECTFUL CAREING. HE IS NICE BECAUSE HE DID NOT YELL. WELL HE IS RESPECTFUL BEACUSE HE THOUGHT AND WHAT HE BELIVED IN. HE IS CAREING BE HE RESPECT THE PEOPLE SCOUT
I would describe him as a serious, truthful man. (1.) He boycotted for grapes (2.) He fought for Migrant worker's rights (3.) He wouldn't eat for the farm workers. ~Natalie~
He was selfless because he was helping the migrant Workers, instead of himself. He used perserverance by not giving up on his unions. and he made a difference in the lives of others because he made them get more pay and not work as much.
I think Cezar Chavez is an American hero because : 1: He orginized a march to make the rights of farm workers.
2: He stood up for what he belived in for workers rights. 3: He did other things like going on fasts because of the foods that had to be grown on the farms by the farm workers. So when he was doing all that he was protesting the rights of farm workers. Thats why I think he is an American hero
